Managed services activities of NEXXT to continue within Previder
In short
Odin Group and NEXXT have reached an agreement on the acquisition of NEXXT’s managed services activities. These activities will be transferred to subsidiary Previder. With this step, Odin Group ensures continuity for NEXXT’s customers and employees, while further strengthening Previder’s position as a reliable managed services partner, particularly within the semi-public sector.
The acquisition follows a strategic repositioning by NEXXT, aimed at creating a clear separation between its consultancy and managed services activities. NEXXT is increasingly focusing on its role as a strategic IT partner, supporting organizations with current and future IT developments. Managed services are better suited to an organization where management, continuity and scalability are central.
The managed services activities will continue within Previder in a future-proof setup. The NEXXT managed services team, operating from locations in Wognum, Amersfoort and Groningen, will remain active in these regions and retain their trusted role towards customers.
This step allows both organizations to fully focus on their respective strengths. Previder reinforces its managed services organization with experienced specialists, while NEXXT further sharpens its focus on consultancy, secondment and project services.
For the time being, NEXXT’s managed services activities will continue under the name NEXXT Managed Services, until all activities have been fully integrated into the Previder organization.
