Odin Group Expands in Germany and Strengthens Previder’s Position in Northern Germany with sysmind

Odin Group is continuing its growth strategy in Germany with the acquisition of sysmind Service- und Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH. The Hamburg-based IT service provider will become part of Previder, the Managed Services Provider for mid-sized organizations. sysmind specializes in cloud, security, modern work, and managed services. With this acquisition, Previder strengthens its presence in Northern Germany and expands its services for mid-sized organizations seeking reliable, secure, and future-ready IT solutions.
The transaction marks another step in the continued expansion of Odin Group’s position in the German market. Following the acquisitions of Log in Consultants in Karlsruhe and Heymanns IT-Solutions, with offices in Willich, Berlin, and Munich, Odin Group is now adding a strong presence in Hamburg. This allows the group to combine close local customer relationships with the scale, expertise, and broad portfolio of an internationally operating IT organization.
sysmind will continue to operate from its Hamburg office. Its team will continue to support customers and partners from the same trusted local base. Heiko Müller will also remain involved with the company. This ensures that existing customer relationships, short communication lines, and personal service remain in place, while customers also gain access to additional expertise and broader resources within Odin Group.
