Odin Group enters German market with acquisition of Orange Business unit

Odin Group, the parent company of Previder and Cloudwise, has acquired the Digital Workspace division of Digital Services Europe. This business unit includes approximately 100 IT professionals working from offices in Amsterdam and Karlsruhe (Germany). The acquisition marks an important milestone for Odin Group: its first entry into the German market and a further strengthening of its position as a leading IT partner in the Netherlands and Europe.
The acquired business unit specialises in modern workplace solutions. Over recent years, the team has built an impressive track record of serving medium-sized and large organisations with high-quality IT services. What makes this acquisition particularly meaningful is that, for Odin Group, these services are not considered peripheral or supportive — they are at the core of the organisation.
