Odin Group further expands its nationwide coverage with the acquisition of DUVAK

Odin Group has reached an agreement on the acquisition of DUVAK, an IT service provider based in Nieuw-Vennep. With this step, its subsidiary Previder further expands its nationwide coverage and strengthens its presence in the western part of the Netherlands.
The acquisition aligns with the strategy of building a network of strong regional teams that operate close to the customer and are supported by the scale and expertise of the group.
Stronger coverage in the western Netherlands
With the addition of DUVAK, activities in the western Netherlands will be even better distributed, with a strong presence in the regions around Gorinchem, Rotterdam, Nieuw-Vennep and Wognum. Earlier additions in this region included Proxsys, NEXXT Managed Services and INISI.
DUVAK supports organizations with IT services ranging from consultancy and security to the management of workplace and cloud environments. The company has built a solid position in the region and is therefore a natural addition to Previder’s existing activities.
The team will continue to operate from Nieuw-Vennep and will retain its role in serving customers. Customers will continue to work with their trusted contacts while also gaining access to the broader knowledge and capabilities within Previder and Odin Group.
