Odin Group strengthens its position in the German MSP market with the acquisition of Heymanns IT-Solutions GmbH

Odin Group today announces the acquisition of Heymanns IT-Solutions GmbH, a well-established German IT service provider with a strong focus on Managed Services, cloud solutions and IT security. This acquisition further strengthens Odin Group’s position – and in particular that of its subsidiary Previder – in the German Managed Services market.
The acquisition aligns with Odin Group’s international growth strategy. Earlier this year, the company expanded into the German market through Previder with the acquisition of Log in Consultants, operating from Karlsruhe and specialised in the digital workplace. The addition of Heymanns introduces a powerful Managed IT Service Provider that responds to the growing demand for predictable IT, business continuity and local expertise within the German Mittelstand.
Heymanns has been active in the region for more than thirty years and has built a strong reputation for future-proof IT solutions and a people-centric approach. The entire team will continue operating from its current locations in Willich, Berlin, Munich and Riga (Latvia).
