Odin Group strengthens position in Western Netherlands with acquisition of Proxsys

Odin Group announces the acquisition of Proxsys, an experienced ICT service provider with offices in Gorinchem and Rotterdam. With this step, its subsidiary Previder continues to strengthen its position as a trusted Managed Services Partner in the western region of the Netherlands. Earlier this year, an important foundation was already laid with the acquisition of INISI.
Proxsys: 25 years of ICT with a people-focused approach
As a Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Internet Service Provider (ISP), Proxsys has supported organizations since 2001 with services including the outsourcing of complete IT management and support. This includes Workspaces, Public and Private Cloud, Microsoft 365 environments and mission-critical connectivity. Proxsys combines strong technical expertise with a people-focused approach, making the company a logical and valuable addition to Previder.
Continuity for customers and employees
In recent years, the day-to-day management of Proxsys has gradually transitioned from Erik Loef and Olaf van Oord to Eef Gorter and the management team. With the move to Odin Group, this transition has now been formally completed. The team of more than 100 employees will continue to operate from Gorinchem and Rotterdam. Customers will keep their familiar contacts and services, while also benefiting from the scale, expertise and capabilities of Previder.
